Was in a call with a specialist and she transferred me to a robot that hung up.

I had an issue with my state tax return download where it actually just gave me my federal return instead.

I scheduled a callback and waited 2 hours. Upon receiving the call, I was told I would be transferred to a different department that handles download issues. She (Dneika) transferred me, which is when an automated machine told me they were closed and hung up.

 

I requested to either get my state tax return I paid for, or a refund. Instead, I was disconnected. Support number #430 409 083
