I brought home on Nov 2017. Seller pre-paid property tax (Till end of Dec 2017). My part of property tax (Nov & Dec) were included in escrow and paid by me. So, Seller got back their remaining part of property tax amount from escrow.
I didn't paid any property tax directly to county office on 2017. So, Is that escrow property tax amount deductible on my tax return?
