2017 1099-B with a Date Sold in a Prior Year

In 2015 my previous employer was acquired and I had ISO Buy and Hold stock that I had purchased in 2013.  There was follow on legal action regarding the share price that was settled in 2017 and Payment was made in September 2017.

However, the 2017 1099-B has a Date Sold of 10/30/2015 and TurboTax does not like the 2015 Date Sold for the disposition of these shares.

 

Do I have to take this 2017 1099-B and re-file 2015 taxes or just ignore the 1099-B date of sale and put down the date we actually reached agreement on the share price in 2017?  or something else?
