Signing in.

I am unable to sign in. When I sign in, I briefly see my account  (amount of refund in upper left corner) and than TT returns me to the sign in page. Appears that I am in a loop.

Try: 

 

Signing in with a different browser, Chrome, Firefox, Edge, etc. Also clear all cookies and cache.

What browser are you using?

 

For the past two weeks, I have not been able to reach my return with the Chrome browser.  I can login, but I either end in an infinite wait loading page, or I see the menus for my return, but nothing will load.  I called Intuit support and was able to login with MS-Edge browser.  So far, several computers plus a Chromebook will not let me access my return.  On the first machine, I cleared all cache and cookies.
