I have a 1 man LLC, that receives my business income. From that entity, I pay subcontractors & issue 1099s. I also take cash out of it for my personal income. Do I need to use Turbo Tax Business, or can I use Turbo Tax Home & bus?
If you are a single member LLC and elected to be treated as a sole proprietorship (disregarded entity) then you can file with TurboTax Home & Business and report income/expenses on a schedule C. If your single member LLC elected to be treated as S-Corp or C-Corp, then you would need TurboTaxBusiness software.
