IRS says that my refund has been deposited into my bank account but I have no bank account. I requested a prepaid visa from Turbo tax and I have not received it in the mail. How do I get a hold of a REAL person to help me from Turbo Tax
For the Turbo Prepaid Visa Card, you will need to contact Turbo Prepaid Visa Card customer service at (888) 285-4169 or 888-288-1514 for assistance so that they can cancel it and get you another card sent out.
Or you can go here https://www.turboprepaidcard.com/contact-us and click on Report a lost, stolen or damaged cardand follow the steps they provide. They will cancel that card and transfer the remaining balance to a new card.
