Cannot complete efile process and i have paid.

this is my first time using the service and was happy at first but now i am not i have paid the fee for service and  selected e-file,went through all the steps...said i owe for federal and ask options for payment  i chose monthly payments out info there with payments and monthly date.  now its telling me to correct payment amount i did showing 30 a month and it still will not process. i have put 30.00 ,and 30 either  one will go through... need  help i have been on hold for 2.5 hours and still waiting.... this service is awful..

Hi -   I am sorry you've waited for 2.5 hours, I hope I can help you.  You can go ahead and file your taxes and then go to https://www.irs.gov/payments/online-payment-agreement-application and request a payment agreement.
